HALCYON GATE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains how Anomalies: Halcyon Gate (the "app") handles information. The app is published by Anomalies: Halcyon Gate Developer ("we", "us").

The short version

  • There are no accounts, logins or sign-ups.
  • We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos or other personal information through the app.
  • Your game progress and settings are stored on your device only.
  • The app shows no ads and does not track you.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your progress (nights played, credits, unlocked items, purchased themes) and your settings, such as sound preferences. This data stays on your device. We cannot see it and it is not sent to our servers. We do not run servers that receive data from the app.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment card, billing address or Apple ID details. The app only learns, through Apple, whether a purchase has been made so it can unlock your items and restore them on request. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Advertising and tracking

The app does not show ads, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not include analytics or third-party advertising tools.

Emails you send us

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and to improve the app, and we do not share it or sell it. We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the issue, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Third parties

The only third parties involved are Apple (App Store purchases and app delivery). We do not sell personal information.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game contains mildly scary imagery; please check the age rating on its App Store page. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

How to delete your data

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, or to object to certain uses. Since we hold almost no personal information, this mainly applies to emails you have sent us. Contact us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app's App Store release notes.
